Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the sales unit to achieve area sales objectives across categories, volume, and value.
  • Ensure execution excellence and maintain core distribution, coverage, and visibility objectives.
  • Develop, negotiate, implement, and monitor Customer Business Plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Maintain an up-to-date tracker covering sales achievements, performance records, customer information, and competition data.
  • Manage, develop, motivate, and train the sales team to achieve excellence.
  • Establish and maintain long-term effective business relationships with customers.

Are You a Fit?
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field.
  • 34 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the FMCG sector.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and financial awareness.
  • Ability to plan, organize, multitask and focus on results.
  • Experience in coaching and influencing a team.

About the Job

  • Proven record of success throughout the sales process, from planning to closing.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Superb leadership ability and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in the insurance field is preferred.
  • CII certification is a plus.
