As part of our dedicated team, you will lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and expand our market share within the consumer pack product category in Jeddah.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and motivate sales representatives to exceed targets.
- Provide coaching and performance feedback to ensure team success.
- Conduct regular meetings to discuss strategies and best practices.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance and manage schedules.
- Analyze sales data and market trends for growth opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with retail partners and distributors.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and manage sales expenses.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Business, or equivalent.
- 46 years of sales experience in consumer goods or food industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Valid Saudi driver's license and fluency in Arabic and English.
