Duties and Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the executive director and ensure efficient workflow in the office.

- Prepare and coordinate meetings and events, including creating agendas and distributing minutes.

- Handle phone calls and respond to emails on behalf of the executive director.

- Manage and organize documents and files while maintaining confidentiality.

- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for the executive director as needed.

- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth and efficient information flow.

 Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.

- Previous experience working as an executive secretary or in a similar role.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment. - Organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
