Job Title: Secretary

Job Description: The role of a secretary is one of the essential roles in supporting the manager or management. The role requires writing documents, managing phone calls and visitors, and assisting in coordinating major projects.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Taking notes in shorthand (speed writing) and copying correspondences and reports.
  • Receiving phone calls from employees and external clients and directing them.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and distributing memos.
  • Coordinating schedules for meeting participants and securing meeting rooms.
  • Creating systems for filing and maintaining records.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in English Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
