About the Role:
Join شركة حكينا as a Secretary and play a pivotal role in supporting the executive management with scheduling and communication tasks. Your expertise will help in creating a seamless office environment that enhances productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and manage the executive's schedules, keeping track of appointments and reminders.
  • Handle inquiries and correspondence, and deliver mail communications to the executive.
  • Draft meeting minutes and prepare work reports.
  • Write official letters and presentations.
  • Maintain office organization and support operational activities.
  • Facilitate communication and corporate correspondence.
  • Conduct library research and manage file archiving.
  • Attend meetings and workshops, ensuring action items are recorded and followed up.

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google applications.
