Banvira Company is seeking a Social Media Specialist to join their team in Makkah, with operations extending to Jeddah. This full-time role focuses on managing social media platforms and campaigns, developing engaging content in Saudi Arabic, and applying intermediate design skills.

Role Overview

The primary responsibility of this position is to manage social media presence, execute campaigns, and create compelling content tailored for Saudi audiences. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, capable of transforming creative concepts into effective content and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop content plans and manage publishing calendars across various social media platforms.
• Write posts, captions, and Reels scripts in authentic and engaging Saudi Arabic, aligning with the brand's voice.
• Generate content and campaign ideas relevant to Saudi audiences, their interests, and local events.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns, including defining objectives, messaging, timelines, and tracking performance.
• Manage paid social campaigns, encompassing audience targeting, budget allocation, and continuous performance optimization.
• Schedule posts and identify optimal publishing times based on audience activity and performance data.
• Manage comments and messages, foster engagement, and build relationships with followers.
• Monitor social media trends and integrate relevant ones into the brand's content strategy.
• Prepare concise content and campaign performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Create simple designs and perform basic edits using tools like Canva or Photoshop, collaborating with a dedicated designer when necessary.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience: 0-1 year in social media management or content creation.
• Proficiency in managing social platforms and campaigns.
• Strong content writing skills in Saudi Arabic.
• Intermediate design skills, including familiarity with tools such as Canva or Photoshop.
• Demonstrated organizational skills, proactivity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to translate creative ideas into well-executed content and campaigns.

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, serving the needs of Banvira Company in both Makkah and Jeddah. The role requires a candidate who can thrive in a dynamic environment focused on digital content and social media engagement.
