About the Role

شركة أحمد المحيسني العقارية is seeking a Property Management Specialist to join our team in Al Madinah. This full-time role involves overseeing the operations of properties owned or managed by the company, ensuring targeted returns are met while maintaining asset quality and tenant satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience in property and real estate management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage property files, including lease agreements, maintenance records, invoices, and rent collection.
• Prepare and monitor monthly revenue reports and occupancy indicators.
• Track contract expiration dates and ensure timely renewals.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure the quality of public and common facilities.
• Contribute to the development of internal property management policies.
• Provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency and reduce operating expenses.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in property and real estate management.
• Strong knowledge of real estate contract management, collections, and revenue management.
• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing periodic reports.
• High communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and under pressure.
• Proficiency in using relevant property management systems and technologies.
