About the Role

Match | ماتش is seeking experienced Area Operations Supervisors to manage operations, teams, and performance across assigned locations. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience and is based in Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia, with specific openings in Medina and Riyadh.

Position Overview

The Area Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operational activities across multiple locations or a designated area. This role involves ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards, while also contributing to staff development and adherence to company policies. There are a total of 4 open positions: 1 in Riyadh, 1 in the Southern Region, and 2 in the Northern Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Train staff on job duties and provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure performance meets established standards.
• Monitor staff performance, conduct regular reviews, provide feedback, and identify areas for development.
• Oversee employee work schedules and assist with workforce planning.
• Participate in the interviewing and hiring process for new candidates.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and legal requirements, including safety and health regulations.
• Oversee daily operations across multiple locations or a specific area, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and achieve business objectives.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock and controlling costs.
• Promote collaboration among team members and across departments.
• Monitor budgets, analyze financial statements, and make recommendations for adjustments.
• Review performance metrics, reports, and sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Perform any work requested by the direct manager.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in operations supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee teams and manage operational performance.
• Strong understanding of operational efficiency and productivity strategies.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position within Match | ماتش, with opportunities available in Al Madinah, specifically Medina and Riyadh, as well as the Southern and Northern Regions of Saudi Arabia. The role involves overseeing operations across multiple assigned locations.
