We are seeking a Facilities Management Specialist with expertise in commercial engineering to ensure cost-effective management of our building maintenance activities.

Responsibilities:

• Technical:
  Understand building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, civil) to identify maintenance needs and risks.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams and contractors to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Commercial:
  Develop and manage budgets for maintenance projects and contracts.
• Evaluate and negotiate with vendors for services, ensuring competitive pricing.
• Manage contract performance, focusing on cost control and quality assurance.
• Prepare reports on maintenance performance and financial analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 35 years of experience in building maintenance with contract management exposure.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software (Power BI, Tableau).
