Sales Supervisor

About the Role

Castrol KSA is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead a team of salesmen within the B2C Direct channel. This full-time position is based in Al Khobar, Eastern Region, and focuses on driving sales performance, ensuring field execution excellence, and developing the sales team to achieve volume, coverage, and collection targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach a team of salesmen to achieve monthly and quarterly sales, coverage, and collection targets.
• Conduct regular field visits and joint calls to monitor execution quality and customer relationships.
• Monitor route plans, visit compliance (*, Eagle Eye/tracking systems), and productivity KPIs.
• Review daily and weekly sales performance and implement corrective actions for underperformance.
• Ensure adherence to credit control policies and support timely collections.
• Identify new business opportunities and support account acquisition within the assigned territory.
• Train and onboard new salesmen on products, systems, and selling techniques.
• Prepare performance reports and escalate operational issues to Sales Operations/Management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and promotional guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a relevant sales role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
