Role Overview

The Assistant Executive Floor Manager is responsible for delivering comprehensive services to guests, ensuring their needs are met efficiently, and contributing to the overall seamless functioning of the hotel. This involves direct supervision of hospitality operations and staff, with a focus on guest interaction and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the implementation of hospitality policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant requirements.
• Supervise daily hospitality operations, providing guidance to facilitate professional work processes and achieve high performance standards.
• Oversee the activities of subordinates to ensure efficient execution of tasks within the hospitality area.
• Supervise the guest check-in process and provide orientation regarding hotel facilities.
• Offer advice and assistance to guests regarding hotel facilities and other queries to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage workflow within the assigned area (reception/floor) to ensure effective and smooth operations.
• Assist in training front desk staff and other workers to develop their capabilities and skills.
• Ensure that housekeeping activities adhere to health and safety codes.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Diploma degree in Administration or Hospitality is required.
• Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in a related field.

This is a full-time position based in Medina, focusing on direct guest services and operational supervision within a dynamic hotel environment.
