The Role of HSE Inspector

HCO is seeking an experienced HSE Inspector to join its team in Al Ula, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires a professional with strong knowledge of HSE standards and the ability to coordinate effectively with project teams and contractors to ensure compliance and safety across various projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure adherence to HSE compliance.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Lead safety meetings, toolbox talks, and provide HSE training sessions.
• Monitor contractors and subcontractors to ensure their compliance with HSE requirements.
• Ensure the proper use and availability of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and other safety equipment.
• Prepare detailed HSE inspection reports and track the implementation of corrective actions.
• Provide HSE guidance and support to site teams and contractors.
• Assist the HSE Manager in the implementation and maintenance of HSE policies and programs.
• Participate in HSE and project-related meetings.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant HSE role.
• Demonstrated strong knowledge of HSE standards and regulations.
• Proven ability to coordinate effectively with project teams and contractors.

Work Location

This position is based in Al Ula, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia, supporting projects within the region, including Medina and Al Ula.
