About Parsons Corporation
Parsons Corporation is seeking an HSE Inspector to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves promoting a safe and secure working environment in line with company and client policies and procedures. The position requires 2-5 years of experience.
Role Overview
The HSE Inspector will report to the Project HSE Manager/Senior HSE Manager. The primary objective is to ensure a safe and secure working environment, adhering to SAPL and Client policies and procedures. This role involves liaising with Project and Construction Managers to support the correction of safety deficiencies that could pose a hazard to project personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Collate, analyze, and submit CSC and Contractor data for review in a timely and accurate manner.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports and statistics on behalf of the client.
- Demonstrate safe personal behavior and represent the organization on the project site for all HSE-related matters.
- Ensure Supervisory Consultant and Contractor key deliverables are prepared, reviewed, approved, and implemented as necessary.
- Follow up with CSC HSE Managers/Engineers and Contractors HSE Managers for pending closeout actions of SOR, Abnormal Events, Audits, and Compliance inspections.
- Conduct monthly office assessments, including office inspections and office risk assessments.
- Conduct HSE Assurance activities.
- Organize and attend HSE Contractor meetings and presentations, and prepare minutes of the meeting.
- Arrange and deliver HSE orientation for new employees and visitors.
- Conduct or support HSE awareness training for Parsons, CSCs, Contractors, and the Client as required.
- Support incident investigations as required.
- Review information on first aid cases, near misses, injuries, damages, and losses, and review overall HSE performance during project execution.
- Liaise with client representatives on all HSE matters in a professional and responsible manner.
- Maintain flexibility in working schedules to ensure adequate HSE coverage during shift and weekend working.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage challenging situations effectively. They should be capable of undertaking assigned tasks independently or with minimal supervision.
Experience and Work Type
This is a full-time position requiring 2-5 years of relevant experience. The role is based in Riyadh.
