About the Opportunity

ERC International Human Resources Consultancies is seeking a highly experienced Mall Operations Manager to join a leading mall management company in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is based in either Medina or Jazan and requires a professional with a strong background in facility and mall operations.

Role Overview

The Mall Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the comprehensive operational functions of a major retail complex. This position involves ensuring the efficient and safe functioning of all mall facilities, managing maintenance activities, and upholding high standards of health and safety. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining the mall's infrastructure and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily building operations and ensuring optimal functionality.
• Managing all aspects of facility maintenance and upkeep.
• Implementing and enforcing health and safety protocols across the mall premises.
• Managing vendor relationships and contracts effectively.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant operational standards and regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Saudi National.

Experience and Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Facility Management.
• Proven experience in Mall Operations is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of building operations, maintenance, health & safety, and vendor management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
