About the Role

NADEC Foods is seeking a Manager Facility Management to lead operations in Ḩā’il, Ha'il, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of facility management across the company's Distribution Centers and various business locations.

Role Purpose and Scope

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure operational excellence, asset reliability, and effective budget control within facility services. The Manager will be responsible for comprehensive contractor management and for delivering safe, efficient, and sustainable facility services across all designated sites. This position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience in facility management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all facility management operations, maintenance activities, and outsourced services.
• Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets (OPEX & CAPEX).
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs to maximize asset reliability.
• Manage contractors, suppliers, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Lead facility renovation, expansion, and infrastructure improvement projects.
• Review technical specifications, facility designs, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), Bills of Materials (BOMs), and project requirements.
• Drive cost optimization, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop facility management and maintenance teams.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Strong experience (5-10 years) in budget management, OPEX/CAPEX planning, and contractor management.
• Proven experience managing preventive and corrective maintenance programs.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Knowledge of project management principles, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), Bills of Materials (BOMs), technical drawings, and facility infrastructure.
• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to coach and develop teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills.
