Key Responsibilities:- Receive and forward all goods and deliveries to the correct points of contact/storage areas.
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing goods.
- Place orders through the online procurement system.
- Control and manage the central stores, ensuring adherence to procurement standards.
- Support Team Members, Managers, and the Food & Beverage Department in a collaborative environment.
- Conduct regular inventories and stock-taking activities.
- Verify spoilage reports and approve beverage issues.
- Perform yield tests and analyze Food & Beverage revenues and costs.
- Conduct market surveys for food products.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance or a vocational hospitality degree with 5-6 years of experience in 4-5 star hotels is preferred.
