Job Summary:

This role focuses primarily on receiving and engaging with clients to showcase projects and services, following up with potential leads to convert inquiries into successful sales opportunities, and achieving monthly targets. Additionally, the Sales Specialist is responsible for preparing price quotations, finalizing contract procedures, regularly updating the customer database, professionally representing the company, and providing after-sales services to answer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and execute the full sales cycle by engaging with clients, presenting solutions, preparing quotations, conducting professional negotiations to handle objections, closing deals

Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas set by management.

Coordinate formal contract execution with internal legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth post-sale implementation.

Maintain accurate client records within the CRM system and execute prompt follow-ups on incoming inquiries to maximize conversion rates.

Deliver post-sale support and reports to ensure customer satisfaction while driving account growth through up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.

Compile periodic sales performance reports, pipeline health analyses, and revenue forecasting for executive management.

· Represent the company at industry events to expand business networks while monitoring market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable feedback.

Minimum requirements of role:

High School minimum requirement; Diploma or Bachelor's degree in (Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields) is a plus.

Residing in Al-Madinah (or ability to relocate immediately), with full readiness to relocate and reside in other cities as new company projects are launched.

High oral and written communication skills in English as an essential requirement, with Urdu proficiency preferred.

· Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office applications, and digital tools.
