About the Opportunity

Sungrow is seeking a dedicated Computer Operator to join its team in Najran, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is crucial for the effective management and optimization of operational and maintenance activities through the IBM Maximo system. The role involves ensuring data integrity, efficient work order processing, and comprehensive reporting to support overall operational excellence.

System Operation and Data Integrity

Operate and maintain the IBM Maximo system for all O&M-related activities.
Create, update, and close work orders according to company procedures.
Ensure all asset, equipment, and maintenance data are correctly entered and regularly updated.

Work Order Management and Scheduling

Generate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules based on system data and operational priorities.
Assign and track work orders for field technicians and engineers.
Monitor task progress, report delays, and escalate system or operation issues to the duty manager.

Reporting and Performance Analysis

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports extracted from Maximo.
Analyze maintenance trends and highlight recurring faults or system inefficiencies.
Support management in performance reviews and KPI analysis using Maximo data.

System Support and Optimization

Coordinate with IT and technical support teams for Maximo updates, troubleshooting, and user access control.
Participate in workflow optimization, data cleansing, and process improvement activities.
Train new staff on Maximo operation procedures and data entry standards when required.

Candidate Requirements

The successful candidate will bring 5-10 years of experience in a computer operator or similar role, with demonstrated proficiency in operating and maintaining enterprise asset management systems, specifically IBM Maximo. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential for managing complex data and generating accurate reports. This is a full-time position based in Najran, Saudi Arabia.
