About the Role

Petro Rabigh is seeking a Senior Contracting Representative to join their team in Rabigh. This is a full-time position within the Material, Procurement & Contracting department.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, finalize, and maintain contractual procurement of services in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures.
• Manage the processing of RFQs, Service POs, bid evaluations, and release orders for services.
• Perform and manage contractor cost estimations as required by end-users.
• Monitor overall contract and service buying activities against budget, schedule, and KPIs, providing corrective solution assistance where appropriate.
• Oversee contractor quality and efficiency in relation to contracted service performance levels, making corrections as necessary.
• Provide guidance to Contract Advisors and customers to identify saving opportunities.
• Coordinate and/or perform technical/commercial evaluations as required.
• Maintain high-level business standards and ethics.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration. Engineering and Law degrees are also acceptable.
• A minimum of 9 years of contracting experience in the Oil & Gas / Petrochemical sector.
• Understanding of ERP systems, with a preference for SAP.

Language and Communication Skills

• Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and oral presentation abilities.
