The Opportunity: Senior Engineering Manager

Almarai is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to join its team in Makkah, with operations spanning Rabigh and Makkah. This full-time role is critical for maintaining company assets and ensuring operational availability across all departments. The Senior Engineering Manager will be responsible for implementing and overseeing a total preventative maintenance system to meet business requirements and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain a total preventative maintenance system to ensure complete operational availability for all departments.
• Comply with agreed standards, budget, and provisions set by the business.
• Meet management performance targets established by the business.
• Ensure all plant and equipment are maintained in optimal condition at all times, adhering to standards and cost controls.
• Provide adequate skills, labor, and guidance across all departments to meet business operational needs.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in engineering management.
• Proven ability to implement and manage preventative maintenance systems.
• Strong understanding of operational standards, budgeting, and performance target achievement.
• Experience in ensuring optimal condition of plant and equipment.
• Demonstrated capability in managing and developing technical teams.
