Operation Excellence Director

About the Role

Tuwaiq Casting & Forging Company is seeking an Operation Excellence Director to join its Operations Department in Ras Tannurah, Eastern Region. This full-time role reports to the Chief Operations Officer and is responsible for directing the optimization of production planning, asset management, and project execution across all operations. The Director will drive excellence in operational performance, ensure alignment with business goals, maximize resource efficiency, and support sustainable organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and direct the implementation of the divisional strategy, ensuring operational plans align with Tuwaiq's vision and mission.
• Lead the achievement of divisional objectives through effective leadership, performance management, and team development.
• Guide talent development initiatives and manage the assigned team through mentoring and coaching.
• Monitor and validate that all operations adhere to the approved budget, reporting any variances for executive decision-making.
• Develop and lead the implementation of comprehensive safety strategies, plans, and processes, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Ensure all divisional reports are prepared accurately and on time, meeting Tuwaiq's requirements and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and support business objectives.
• Define and lead the development and management of production schedules to align with customer demand and optimize resource utilization.
• Contribute to the analysis of production capacities and guide the planning and management of inventory levels.
• Contribute to defining strategies for maintaining an accurate inventory of physical assets and oversee capital projects related to asset acquisition or upgrade.
• Plan lifecycle management strategies for critical assets and monitor risks related to asset management.
• Contribute to establishing and leading the implementation of structured shop floor protocols.
• Lead the presentation of project progress and technical specifications to stakeholders.
• Guide the strategic approach to preparing and processing customer invoices.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 12 years of experience in Operations Management, Production Planning, Asset Management, or related fields.
• At least 6 years of experience in a managerial role.
