About the Role

Aknan is seeking a dedicated Real Estate Sales Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably with direct experience in real estate sales. The role involves working on-site and contributing to the achievement of monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to identify their real estate needs.
• Meet clients on-site to discuss opportunities.
• Present real estate projects and units in a professional and detailed manner.
• Follow up with new and existing clients, converting inquiries into successful deals.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare periodic reports on clients, visits, and deals.
• Conduct field visits to real estate projects as needed.
• Maintain strong client relationships and build new networks.
• Adhere to internal policies and collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, demonstrate strong teamwork, and interact with clients professionally to ensure company targets are met. This role also involves client follow-up, professional project presentations, and coordinating field visits to units and projects.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in sales, with a preference for real estate sales.
• High-level skills in persuasion, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with other departments.
• Good knowledge of the real estate market in Riyadh.
• Proficiency in using real estate marketing platforms.
• Valid driving license and willingness to conduct field visits.
