About the Role: Product Development Specialist

Al-Rajhiyah Dates Agricultural and Animal Production Company (رابكو) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Product Development Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to our efforts in innovation and market responsiveness, focusing on bringing new products from concept to successful implementation within the agricultural and animal production sector.

Purpose of the Role

The primary objective of the Product Development Specialist is to contribute significantly to the creation of new products. This involves rigorous testing of raw materials, continuous improvement of product specifications, and close monitoring of all operational aspects throughout the product implementation lifecycle. The goal is to ensure products are fully prepared for execution and align perfectly with evolving market demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct preliminary experiments on raw materials and meticulously monitor their outcomes.
• Enhance product specifications to improve overall quality, suitability, and usability.
• Oversee the operational implementation of new products or varieties and document observations.
• Coordinate effectively with relevant departments to ensure the timely readiness of materials and meet all implementation requirements.
• Monitor daily operations related to processing and preparation, adjusting as necessary.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of product varieties and services linked to daily processing activities.
• Prepare concise observations and reports detailing experiments, results, and recommendations.
• Continuously monitor implementation quality and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to the generation of new product ideas and concepts, aligning with management directives and market needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the position.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related field.
• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a relevant professional capacity.
• Demonstrated previous experience in product development, business operations, or quality monitoring.
