🎯 Job Objective:

To manage and equip the company's heavy transport fleet, and to effectively market and operate vehicles with companies and factories to ensure achieving the highest operating rates and the best return on investment.

📋 Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

Operations and Contracts: Communicate with companies, factories, and production lines to contract for the operation of the heavy transport fleet.

Fleet Management: Daily planning of routes, shipment distribution, and real-time monitoring of drivers and vehicles.

Maintenance and Follow-up: Supervise the schedule of periodic and emergency vehicle maintenance to ensure their continuous readiness and reduce road breakdowns.

Costs and Budget: Reduce operating expenses (fuel, spare parts, maintenance) while maintaining efficiency and safety.

Team Management: Supervise the team of drivers and assistants, and develop work performance and apply safety and security standards.

💡 Requirements and Conditions:

At least 10 years of experience in heavy transport fleet management.

An extensive network of relationships and strong communication with companies and clients who need heavy transport services.

Excellent negotiation, contracting, and field problem-solving skills.

Ability to organize routes and manage crises during shipment movement.

Proficiency in using Fleet Management software and MS Office suite.
