About the Role

Food Industries Polytechnic (معهد الصناعات الغذائية) is seeking a qualified Electrical Technician to join its professional team in Al-Kharj. This full-time role is centered on the precise execution and maintenance of all electrical works and connections. The successful candidate will ensure strict adherence to approved technical and safety standards, while also committing to project deadlines and maintaining high-quality workmanship. Candidates with 0-1 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and accurately implement electrical diagrams and technical drawings.
• Install, maintain, and inspect various electrical systems, including electrical panels, circuit breakers, cables, and connections.
• Perform electrical tests and measurements using appropriate diagnostic equipment to quickly and efficiently identify and resolve faults.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with national and international safety and occupational health standards.
• Collaborate effectively within different teams and across various work sites.
• Document all work performed, prepare technical reports, and maintain accurate records.
• Strictly adhere to all safety procedures, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and complying with lockout/tagout protocols.

Qualifications and Technical Knowledge

• A Technical Diploma in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification from an accredited educational institution.
• 0-1 years of practical experience as an Electrical Technician, with a preference for experience in industrial or building environments.
• Solid understanding of electrical distribution systems, cabling, electrical panels, and measuring devices.
• Proven ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics.
• Familiarity with occupational safety procedures and the proper use of personal protective equipment.
