We are seeking an AI Project Manager / Scrum Master Senior Associate to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position.

The AI Centre of Excellence

This role operates within the AI Centre of Excellence (AI CoE), which is part of Internal Firm Services (IFS) at PwC Middle East. The AI CoE functions as the central engine for AI strategy, product development, and scaling initiatives. It is responsible for governing standards, controlling costs and risks, running AI Factory squads to design and ship custom AI solutions and reusable frameworks, providing technical consultation, and driving workforce transformation through training and upskilling.

As a Project Manager/Scrum Master, you will coordinate and deliver AI and Generative AI (GenAI) initiatives using Agile methodologies. This position combines project management, sprint facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and delivery governance to ensure the successful execution of AI products and solutions. You will work closely with Product Managers, Architects, Engineers, and business stakeholders to meet delivery commitments, proactively manage risks, and ensure teams operate efficiently within the AI CoE delivery framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Support backlog refinement activities and ensure sprint readiness.
• Track sprint progress and team commitments, identifying and removing delivery impediments and blockers.
• Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement, helping teams enhance sprint predictability, quality, and delivery performance.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and delivery plans, coordinating activities across business and technical teams.
• Track project progress against agreed timelines and deliverables, monitoring dependencies, risks, assumptions, and issues (RAID).
• Escalate delivery concerns appropriately and ensure timely resolution, leveraging historical project data to identify bottlenecks and prevent delays or budget overruns.
• Act as a central point of coordination between stakeholders and delivery teams, communicating project status, risks, and key decisions.
• Ensure alignment between business expectations and delivery commitments, supporting the delivery of AI, GenAI, automation, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate activities among Product Managers, Architects, Developers, QA, and Business Analysts, ensuring project activities align with AI CoE delivery standards and governance requirements.
• Prepare weekly project status reports and dashboards, maintain project documentation, action logs, and track RAID registers.

Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in project management or Scrum Master roles, preferably within AI or technology-driven initiatives.
• Proven experience applying Agile methodologies in project delivery.
