Role Overview: This is a full-time on-site position responsible for preparing and maintaining financial statements, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. You will monitor budgets, reconcile accounts, and collaborate across departments to enhance our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage full-cycle accounting processes including AP, AR, GL, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and post journal entries for timely month-end and year-end close.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Act as the Zoho Books super-user including system administration and process optimization.
- Develop custom financial reports and dashboards for actionable insights.
Requirements: - Experience with Zoho Books is highly desirable.
- Background in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment.
- Knowledge of VAT/GST reporting and compliance.
- Expertise in financial reporting and analysis.
