About the Role: Assistant Manager Strategy

Qiddiya is seeking an Assistant Manager Strategy to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role supports residential development teams by crafting market-informed development approaches, analyzing investment opportunities, and driving strategic decision-making within the residential business unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the residential strategy team in identifying gaps and opportunities within the residential development portfolio, optimizing portfolio variety and rollout based on market analysis.
• Develop comprehensive development strategies covering target customer segments, product differentiation and adaptation, and change management based on market movements and trends.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and refine business models for the development department, including scrutinizing and setting fees, scopes of work, developer selection, and reviewing/critiquing highest and best-use studies.
• Create presentations for management to communicate team and departmental information.
• Analyze end-to-end residential development processes to identify efficiencies and optimization opportunities.
• Minute meetings with external consultants, funds, developers, and end-users.
• Assess and evaluate different investment structures.
• Draw roadmaps analyzing requirements, processes, and procedures related to real estate, including setting up real estate development and investment entities and interfacing with relevant authorities.
• Create business cases for development opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

• 4-6 years of professional experience with a background in strategy consulting and real estate investment/development.
• Minimum of 3 years in consulting.
• Additional years in relevant roles (real estate development, investment, or strategy preferred).
• Strong consulting background from top firms within KSA.

Required Skills

• Strong financial modeling skills and the ability to evaluate complex investment structures.
• Experience managing stakeholders across public and private sectors.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh and operates on a full-time basis, contributing to the strategic direction of residential development within Qiddiya.
