Parsons Corporation delivers innovative solutions for complex infrastructure challenges globally. The company is seeking an Assistant Project Manager – ICT to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designated for a Saudi National.

Role Overview

The Assistant Project Manager – ICT will support the delivery of advanced digital infrastructure and telecommunications systems across major infrastructure programs. This role involves assisting in coordinating ICT project activities, supporting multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the successful implementation of telecommunications and digital infrastructure systems throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of ICT infrastructure projects, including telecommunications networks, fiber systems, and digital infrastructure platforms.
• Assist in monitoring project schedules, deliverables, and milestones to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, consultants, and client stakeholders to support project execution.
• Assist in reviewing design submissions and technical documentation related to ICT systems.
• Track project risks, issues, and action items, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when required.
• Support interface coordination between ICT systems and other disciplines such as utilities, civil works, and smart systems.
• Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, and status updates for project leadership and stakeholders.
• Assist in monitoring contractor performance and compliance with project specifications and quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience supporting ICT, telecommunications, or digital infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with fiber networks, telecom infrastructure, data center facilities, and smart city systems.
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams in complex project environments.

Desired Skills and Certifications

• Experience working on large infrastructure, smart city, or giga-projects.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Primavera, MS Project, and reporting dashboards.
• Knowledge of ICT industry standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or equivalent are considered an advantage.
