Awtad Real Estate is seeking a BMS & Control Panel Technician to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time position requires hands-on experience in the assembly, installation, and wiring of electrical control panels and Building Management Systems (BMS). The ideal candidate will be proficient in reading electrical drawings and executing wiring, testing, and installation works in accordance with approved specifications and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and install electrical control panel components, including circuit breakers (MCB, MCCB), contactors, relays, timers, and power supplies.
• Perform internal wiring of control panels according to approved electrical drawings, ensuring proper finishing quality.
• Install and organize Wire Ducts, and accurately label and identify wires and components within control panels.
• Conduct necessary testing to ensure the safety and quality of all electrical connections.
• Install and wire BMS DDC Controllers, connecting various sensors such as Temperature, Humidity, and Pressure Sensors.
• Connect Actuators and Control Valves within BMS installations.
• Install and wire digital and analog I/O points (DI, DO, AI, AO) for BMS.
• Test BMS wiring integrity and verify connections against BMS drawings.
• Assist the BMS Engineer with testing and commissioning activities.

Required Qualifications

• A Technical Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Industrial Control.
• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in the assembly, installation, and wiring of electrical control panels and Building Management Systems (BMS).

Essential Skills and Knowledge

• Proficiency in reading electrical drawings and Single Line Diagrams (SLD).
• Good knowledge of electrical control components and BMS systems.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province, requiring on-site work related to BMS and control panel installations.
