Are you passionate about ensuring exceptional guest experiences and leading a vibrant team? At Apparel Group, we're searching for a dedicated Shift Supervisor who will oversee operational excellence and uphold high standards within our retail environment.

Position Objective:
The Shift Supervisor position is operational in nature and involves the supervision of team member activities on shift to ensure that standards around people, product, cleanliness, and Exceptional Guest Experience are fulfilled.

Key Responsibilities:

People Management:
- Lead by example and demonstrate respect for every team member and guest.
- React promptly to issues requiring attention during the shift.
- Provide ongoing, specific direction to team members and encourage a fun work environment.
- Train, orient, and monitor new team members.
- Report to Store Manager on team member performance.
Hospitality Management:
- Ensure guest satisfaction is top priority while responding to guests in a friendly manner.
- Address guest service complaints quickly, effectively transforming negative experiences.
Operations Management:
- Comply with and enforce all operating standards.
- Ensure proper merchandising and stocking of products.
- Oversee shift cash procedures and maintain operational efficiency.
- Complete shift documentation accurately.
Health & Safety:
- Follow safe work practices and report any health and safety issues.
- Ensure health and safety policies are adhered to during shifts.
Cashiering:
- Supervise checkout areas and technical equipment functionality.
- Handle payments and maintain a clean and orderly environment.
