Role Overview

Modern Food Company is seeking a Brand Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on developing and executing brand strategies that align with the company's vision and business objectives. The Brand Specialist will be instrumental in maintaining consistent brand identity across all customer touchpoints and leading integrated branding campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategies that align with the company's vision, business objectives, and commercial goals.
• Ensure consistent brand identity, positioning, and messaging across all customer touchpoints, both online and offline.
• Lead the planning and execution of integrated branding campaigns, marketing collateral, corporate communications, and brand activations.
• Review creative assets to ensure they meet brand guidelines, quality standards, and strategic objectives.
• Collaborate closely with creative, operations, and business teams to strengthen brand positioning and deliver cohesive campaigns.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, designers, photographers, production partners, and other vendors to deliver high-quality brand initiatives.
• Support new product launches, restaurant openings, promotional campaigns, and events by ensuring all branding elements are aligned with brand standards.
• Maintain, evolve, and enforce brand guidelines across all departments and brand touchpoints.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for brand growth and innovation.
• Manage branding projects, timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Measure and report brand performance using relevant KPIs, customer insights, and marketing analytics, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience developing and executing successful brand strategies and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of brand positioning, storytelling, tone of voice, visual identity, and customer experience.
• Experience leading campaigns from concept through execution across multiple marketing channels.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with creative, operations, product, and commercial teams.

Required Skills

• Excellent project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills with experience measuring brand performance and translating insights into actionable strategies.
