CAFM & EA Manager

About the Role

Parsons Corporation is seeking a CAFM & EA Manager to join the Facility Management team for the Qiddiya Project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading the implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of the Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system. The successful candidate will support performance management, reporting, and service delivery across the project, bringing 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the FSI Evolution Expert User and CAFM Lead for the account, providing mentorship and support to other FSI users and service providers.
• Lead the implementation, management, and optimization of the CAFM system across various stakeholders and functional areas.
• Act as the central point of contact for all CAFM-related activities, establishing and maintaining robust processes and documented procedures.
• Ensure the successful delivery and day-to-day operation of the CAFM system across assigned contracts.
• Plan and lead CAFM integration activities, managing CAFM service providers to ensure all deliverables and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.

System Management and Collaboration

• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with service partners and client representatives.
• Liaise with IT teams and CAFM software providers to support system development, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
• Lead CAFM system user groups for maintenance contracts to address issues and support ongoing system development.
• Support effective information sharing among Help Desk, Operations, Procurement, Customer Service, and other support teams.
• Identify system training needs and coordinate formal and informal CAFM training for internal teams and external providers.

Reporting and Compliance

• Utilize the CAFM system as the primary data source for monthly performance and management reports, generating tabular and graphical outputs for client reporting.
• Prepare Performance Management System (PMS) reports for service providers and senior management, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
• Manage and oversee the Forward Maintenance Register (FMR) to support Contract Management and Service Providers.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality information delivery to Site Management and Senior Management through reports and dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with Parsons’ Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager or Supervisor.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant field, demonstrating a strong background in CAFM system implementation, management, and optimization within a facility management context.
