The Role: Sales Supervisor II

Almarai is seeking a Sales Supervisor II to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is integral to achieving the company’s growth objectives by optimizing sales and distribution for Almarai Bakery products within a designated area. The role requires strong leadership in managing a team of salesmen while ensuring strict adherence to company operational policies and procedures and maintaining high sales and merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize sales and distribution of all Almarai Bakery products within the assigned territory.
• Ensure strict adherence to company operational policies and procedures.
• Maintain the highest sales and merchandising standards.
• Provide strong leadership and guidance to a team of salesmen.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A College Diploma is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a supervisory role within a van sales environment.
• Experience in an FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) business is preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of sales operations within an FMCG setting.
• Possession of a valid driving license.
