About the Role

Leylaty Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Chef De Cuisine – Saudi Cuisine to lead its kitchen operations in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to ensuring the authenticity, quality, and consistency of traditional and modern Saudi dishes, delivering an exceptional dining experience. The position requires strong leadership, creativity, and a deep knowledge of regional Saudi cuisine.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the preparation and presentation of authentic Saudi dishes.
Design and develop menus that reflect the diversity of Saudi regional cuisines, including Najdi, Hijazi, Southern, and Eastern styles.
Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Lead, train, and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high performance and operational efficiency.
Control food costs, manage inventory effectively, and minimize waste.
Innovate and modernize traditional recipes while preserving cultural authenticity.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth kitchen operations and service delivery.
Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
Conduct performance evaluations and support the professional development of the kitchen team.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of progressive experience in a culinary leadership role.
Previous experience as a Chef De Cuisine or Sous Chef is required.

Required Skills

Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Demonstrated creativity in menu development and dish presentation.
Deep and authentic knowledge of regional Saudi cuisine.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment.
