The Role of Chief Commercial Officer

Foreground is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer to lead its commercial strategy. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves owning the end-to-end commercial strategy, encompassing sales, trade marketing, pricing, and channel development. The Chief Commercial Officer will lead large commercial teams and unify go-to-market execution across various regions and categories.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the end-to-end commercial strategy, covering sales, trade marketing, pricing, and channel development.
• Lead and manage large commercial teams.
• Unify go-to-market execution across different regions and product categories.
• Improve revenue quality, distributor effectiveness, and key account performance.
• Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to align demand planning and execution.
• Support inorganic growth initiatives and strategic partnerships.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of senior commercial leadership experience within FMCG, consumer goods, or large-scale distribution environments.
• Strong exposure to Saudi trade dynamics and channel complexity is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated strong strategic thinking combined with execution discipline.
• Essential experience in leading large, geographically dispersed sales teams.
