The Opportunity: Beauty Consultant, Maison Margiela

We are seeking a Beauty Consultant for Maison Margiela at Al Nakheel Mall in Riyadh. This full-time role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and utilizing appropriate sales techniques and product knowledge to achieve sales targets. The consultant will also manage counter cleanliness, product replenishment, and support new product launches, offers, and marketing initiatives, while maintaining high standards in customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain guest experience standards to foster customer loyalty.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, prices, availability, product usage, and services.
• Engage with customers to assess their needs and assist them in meeting or anticipating their expectations.
• Inform customers about suitable product ranges for their needs.
• Explain the usage and benefits of various brands and products.
• Drive sales and achieve set line and sales targets through effective makeup knowledge.
• Monitor store-level targets.
• Prepare daily sales reports.
• Contribute to achieving incentives.
• Follow up on new product launch sales targets at the store level.
• Ensure in-store merchandising levels adhere to brand guidelines.
• Verify that store shelves are replenished correctly and on schedule.
• Report stock shortages using the designated stock request form.
• Ensure stock is received in accordance with established procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in the beauty sector.
