Role Overview

The CRM Team Lead will be responsible for managing and enhancing the company's CRM operations. This full-time position involves overseeing customer relationship management activities, ensuring data quality, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the CRM system. The role is based in Riyadh and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage CRM operations, including data quality, lead and account approvals, reporting, and user support.
• Lead CRM system enhancements, workflow automation, testing, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Monitor customer service channels, such as the call center, chatbot, and WhatsApp.
• Oversee customer experience initiatives and ensure the timely resolution of customer complaints.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support business objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a related field.
• Proven ability to manage CRM operations and lead system enhancements.
• Experience with customer service channels and customer experience initiatives.

Work Location

This full-time position is located in Riyadh, specifically within the Second Industrial City.
