About the Role

Sartorius is seeking a Customer Project Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of customer projects, ensuring seamless implementation and achievement of objectives. The role is based in our local Headquarters in Riyadh, with opportunities for home office work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate strategic customer projects across various functions and geographies.
• Serve as a central point of contact for communication among team members, internal and external stakeholders, and management.
• Maintain organized project documentation, generate regular management reports, and ensure adherence to standards and best practices.
• Develop project plans, milestones, and action trackers.
• Identify and assess project risks, collaborate on mitigation strategies, and contribute to proactive risk management.
• Coordinate project meetings and follow up on actions.
• Prepare project dashboards, management updates, and executive presentations.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
