Data Analyst

About the Role

Imploy is seeking a Data Analyst to join its digital product team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on transforming product data into actionable insights that support product development and business decisions. The position requires 2-5 years of experience and goes beyond traditional Business Intelligence reporting, emphasizing hands-on experience with data from live digital products.

Role Focus

The Data Analyst will specialize in Product Analytics. This includes understanding user behavior, ensuring data quality, defining product metrics, improving data tracking, and providing clear, data-driven recommendations. The role is integral to enhancing product performance and user experience through meticulous data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, manage, and document key product metrics, including activation, job application journeys, recruiter engagement, and AI service performance.
• Lead the development and governance of a standardized Job Title Taxonomy to improve data quality and consistency.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve data quality issues across production data.
• Design and maintain data tracking plans, defining events and properties for engineering teams to implement.
• Conduct end-to-end analysis, from defining business questions and writing SQL queries to delivering actionable recommendations.
• Design and analyze experiments, including sample size calculations and statistical significance testing.
• Build and maintain dashboards and the underlying data models to support self-service analytics.
• Validate data accuracy, investigate anomalies, and challenge data that does not align with actual product behavior.
• Present insights and actionable recommendations to Product, Engineering, and Executive teams.
• Handle personal data in compliance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and internal data-retention policies.
