  • Maintain awareness of regulatory changes across GCC healthcare markets and proactively adapt clinic operations.
  • Liaise with the General Manager and external regulatory consultants on new market licensing.
  • Drive revenue performance across all GCC clinic sites by maximizing appointment utilization, treatment conversion, retail attachment, and program sales.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly operational performance reports to the General Manager.
  • Identify and implement commercial initiatives at the site level, aligned with the group’s growth strategy.
  • Lead, develop, and motivate the operational leadership team, setting expectations and building a succession pipeline.
  • Oversee onboarding, induction, and operational training programs for all clinic roles.
  • Partner with the General Manager and Group HR on workforce planning, Saudization targets, and talent acquisition.
