The Role: Digital Strategy Manager

Nextwo Co. is seeking a Digital Strategy Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring 5-10 years of relevant experience. The role involves leading the development and execution of digital strategies to enhance the company's objectives and market position.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the overall Digital Strategy.
• Assess and improve Digital Maturity across operations.
• Develop and maintain clear Digital Objectives.
• Monitor and report on Digital Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Assess the Digital operating model and RACI matrix, then recommend and support corrective actions.
• Maintain Digital priorities in alignment with strategic goals.
• Conduct market intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
• Prepare comprehensive reports for Senior Management.
• Support sustainability initiatives within the digital domain.
• Support the execution and delivery of Digital Strategic initiatives by monitoring and tracking key milestones, risks, dependencies, deliverables, and timelines.
• Monitor, report, and support OHI-related tasks.
