The Role of Director - Development

As Director - Development, you will be responsible for guiding complex real estate projects from initial strategy through to final delivery. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, requires a leader capable of balancing commercial, operational, and stakeholder priorities while advancing large-scale destination developments within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development strategy for large-scale mixed-use destination projects.
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, feasibility studies, and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and government stakeholders across all development phases.
• Drive contract negotiations, risk management, and regulatory compliance for development initiatives.
• Mentor development teams and present project updates to senior leadership.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, construction management, business, or a related field.
• 12-15 years of leadership experience in large-scale real estate development, including mixed-use projects.
• Strong experience with feasibility analysis, budgeting, financial modeling, and project lifecycle management.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage external stakeholder relationships.
• Experience negotiating contracts and ensuring regulatory and safety compliance.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
