Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Director - Implementation to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This is a full-time position focused on leading the integration of implementation plans and development strategies across Qiddiya.

Role Overview

The Director - Implementation will lead the integration of implementation plans, development strategies, phasing assumptions, and delivery requirements throughout Qiddiya. This involves evaluating and challenging development assumptions, implementation priorities, sequencing strategies, and readiness requirements to identify risks, constraints, and opportunities. The role also includes providing strategic implementation-planning recommendations to Executive Management.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of implementation plans, development strategies, phasing assumptions, and delivery requirements to establish a coordinated and decision-ready planning environment.
• Evaluate and challenge development assumptions, implementation priorities, sequencing strategies, and readiness requirements to identify risks, constraints, and opportunities.
• Provide strategic implementation-planning recommendations to Executive Management by assessing impacts of phasing decisions, readiness constraints, and cross-development dependencies.
• Establish and govern the implementation data framework, ensuring accuracy and consistency of development, asset, infrastructure, and phasing information for executive decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement in implementation data governance, reporting automation, and digital analytics capabilities.
• Establish governance mechanisms for dependency identification, tracking, and resolution, ensuring transparent ownership and timely decision-making.
• Lead enterprise-wide integration across districts, Business Units, and corporate functions to align implementation priorities and development sequencing objectives.

Specific Duties

• Lead the development and enhancement of the Qiddiya Implementation Plan as the enterprise framework for development sequencing, infrastructure readiness, asset deployment, and activation planning.
• Consolidate district, asset-class, and enabling infrastructure implementation plans into a unified portfolio view.
• Establish and govern the enterprise implementation planning framework, including policies, procedures, standards, and methodologies.
• Lead the implementation governance process, including planning reviews, technical assurance, and readiness assessments.
• Lead enterprise implementation integration across districts, Business Units, Development Management Offices, and corporate functions.
• Evaluate Business Unit implementation strategies, milestone commitments, and readiness assumptions to identify risks and opportunities.
• Lead the governance and evolution of the Development Data Register as the authoritative source of implementation information.
• Lead the development, governance, and enhancement of the Qiddiya Implementation Model for development sequencing, readiness assessment, and portfolio planning.
• Lead scenario planning, implementation forecasting, and portfolio optimization analyses.

General Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the Implementation department strategy, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's development objectives.
• Establish and govern the implementation planning and readiness management framework.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with Executive Management, Development Business Units, and corporate functions.
• Lead the continuous enhancement of implementation planning assessment and governance practices.
• Provide leadership and direction to the Implementation department, translating strategic objectives into actionable plans.
• Establish and oversee the implementation reporting framework, ensuring timely and accurate executive reports.
