About the Role

Kingston Stanley is seeking a Director / Senior Manager, Global Partnerships to join the team responsible for a significant international event in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, senior commercial position focused on developing and securing high-value partnerships with leading regional and global brands.

Role Context

This role offers an opportunity to contribute to one of the Kingdom's upcoming global events in a key commercial capacity. The successful candidate will drive partnership sales and manage relationships with prominent brands to secure significant sponsorship agreements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead partnership sales efforts across designated sectors.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective partners.
• Develop senior-level relationships with leading global and regional brands.
• Create strategic, insight-led partnership propositions.
• Negotiate and close significant sponsorship agreements.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience is required.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and securing high-value commercial partnerships.
• Proven ability to manage sales pipelines and negotiate complex agreements.
