Director Service Management

About the Role

CSG is seeking a Director Service Management to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is responsible for supporting the regional team by driving managed services pursuits within designated regions. The role focuses on securing Managed Services (MS) contracts, fostering business growth, overseeing existing MS contracts, and driving commercial contract management and business improvement initiatives.

Role Context and Leadership

The Director Service Management will provide effective internal leadership, collaborating across various functions and regional teams to leverage CSG's assets into successful MS solutions. This includes combining technical, service, and commercial aspects. Contributions from this role are essential for positioning CSG at a senior level with customers and partners as a key enabler for their success in Managed Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist regional sales teams in identifying suitable Managed Services opportunities.
• Participate in the qualification process for MS sales.
• Support the execution of regional go-to-market plans.
• Manage and drive a standardized approach across CSG for solution, service design, and commercials in MS sales pursuits, adhering to CSG’s MS engagement model.
• Lead MS sales pursuits, integrating technical, service, and commercial solutions in collaboration with CSG functions including sales, presales, finance, PS, and operations, as per the CSG MS engagement model.
• Oversee MS contracts within the assigned region and contribute to driving commercial and operational performance improvement.
• Collaborate with Global Operations and Global Services to effectively implement the MS Target Operating Model (TOM) and MS Engagement model for the region.
• Implement MS commercial and service capabilities for the assigned region.
• Support the development of MS onsite operational and contract P&L management capabilities.
• Contribute to organizational development to establish and replicate necessary skills for effective MS execution.
• Provide input to MS business strategy and planning.

Qualifications and Professional Conduct

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
• Regular and reliable attendance is expected.
