Role Overview

The Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of staff, guests, and materials. This role involves maintaining vehicle safety standards, providing excellent customer service, and performing routine vehicle checks to ensure operational readiness and compliance with safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate the company vehicle adhering to the highest safety precautions.
• Safely transport staff, guests, and materials as required by company operations.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns respectfully and promptly.
• Ensure proper handling and care of products during transportation to maintain their quality.
• Execute all assigned activities using safe and environmentally sound methods.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.

Vehicle Management and Safety

• Confirm vehicle validity by checking essential components such as oil, water, and brakes before commencing any tasks.
• Observe vehicle gauges and indicators to verify load stability during transit.
• Follow up on routine maintenance activities for the vehicle and provide feedback to the supervisor regarding any abnormal technical problems encountered while driving.
• Report any delays or accidents immediately to the direct supervisor.
