We are seeking a professional and highly organized Executive Secretary to support the Executive Office and ensure smooth administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming calls and communication for the Executive Office.
  • Organize files, documents, and handle office correspondence.
  • Draft and format official letters and memos.
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare required logistics.
  • Distribute and follow up on incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all executive-related matters.
  • Liaise with departments to follow up on executive instructions.
  • Prepare minutes of meetings and weekly reports.
  • Assist with document reviews and approvals.
  • Perform other tasks as directed by the executive.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Professional communication and interpersonal abilities.
