We are looking for a highly organized Executive Secretary to manage the CEO's office.

Job Purpose:
The Executive Secretary is responsible for the organization and running of daily administrative tasks for the CEO office. This role oversees the smooth operation of day-to-day activities, including organizing events, scheduling meetings, and contributing to process improvements.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Handle all requests made by the CEO for administrative tasks.
  • Act as the focal point for CEO office communication with internal and external parties.
  • Prepare memos, reports, and communications as required.
  • Manage the CEO’s schedule and appointments.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintain updated filing systems and ensure data security.
  • Archive documents in the management system for accuracy.
  • Raise purchasing requests for the CEO office and follow up on deliveries.
  • Provide support for various tasks as requested by the CEO.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Facilitate meetings, prepare minutes, and ensure stakeholder attendance.

Qualification & Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in a secretarial role.
