We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Secretary to provide essential administrative support to our executive team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key player in our organization, you will help ensure smooth office operations and assist in managing key business activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide executive-level administrative support, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and documents for senior executives.
  • Manage all forms of communication including incoming phone calls and emails.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments while ensuring all logistics are in place.
  • Act as a liaison between executives, employees, clients, and external contacts.
  • Prepare reports and ensure all documents meet required standards before submission.

Qualifications:
  • Diploma Degree in Secretarial Institute.
  • 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience.
